About Tessa
I’m Tessa — a Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga Therapist, and Educator helping women feel strong, calm, and connected in midlife.
Through nutrition, movement, and nervous system practices, I guide women to embrace their changing bodies with ease and confidence.
My own journey began at 40, when supporting my hormones through food and lifestyle helped me heal from the inside out.
I’m a lover of nourishing food, flowers, and time on the land — places where I find balance, creativity, and connection.
